ABOUT FARLO
Farlo is a start-up web design and development agency specialising in websites for live events, with a strong focus on technical SEO, user experience, and conversion optimisation. As a part of SINE Group, Farlo works closely with SINE Digital, a leading performance marketing company.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our Central London-based web design and development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, with a focus on high-performance website design and development, technical SEO, and core web vitals. Strong client communication skills are essential, as well as experience using project management tools such as Jira and Monday. The ideal candidate will also have some CMS experience. The role will allow hybrid working and flexible hours, candidates can work mainly remotely but will be expected to work at least one day a week in our newly furnished Central London office.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with clients to establish project goals, requirements, and timelines

Create project timelines and schedules using project management tools such as Jira and Monday

Allocate resources, manage project budgets, and track project expenses

Manage and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to internal teams and clients

Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards

Maintain day-to-day client relationships and ensure that customers are getting the best possible experience

Delegate work to team members and provide guidance and support as needed

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients
-
Collaborate with the development team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive
REQUIREMENTS

Experience in digital project management or a related field

Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Monday
-
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Proven track record of delivering web development projects on time and within budget

Experience with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress, and the ability to make minor amendments
-
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage risk and mitigate issues as they arise
DESIRABLE

Experience working with clients in the live events, theatre, and ticketing industries

Experience working with a team of developers and designers

Experience managing projects using Scrum or Kanban frameworks

Experience with Agile project management methodologies

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento or BigCommerce

Understanding of technical SEO and/or core web vitals optimisation

Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools

Familiarity with design software such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
-
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git
